Having served more than 40 years in the French Navy, Charles-Henri is a senior executive with expertise in human relations management in complex environments, crisis management, and organization. He assists leaders, with a particular focus on interpersonal skills, the balance between authority and kindness, cohesion, and meaning.
As an admiral, he spent five years leading the 2,400 naval firefighters in Marseille, a position with significant operational responsibility immersed in France’s second largest city.
He has also held several other admiral positions, at the Armed Forces Headquarters to prepare the armies of the future and military programming laws, and as director of the Toulon fleet support service, in charge of maintaining the Charles de Gaulle aircraft carrier, six nuclear submarines, and 60 other ships.
He served for more than 14 years on various warships, notably as chief engineer on frigates and the helicopter carrier Jeanne d’Arc.
A graduate of the Naval Academy and an ENSTA engineer in naval architecture, Charles-Henri is a graduate of the École de Guerre and was an auditor at the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale.
