Emmanuelle Herve

An engineer by training, Emmanuelle Hervé is a recognized expert in crisis management and sensitive communications. She began her career at DuPont de Nemours, leading major industrial projects across the Middle East and Africa, before specializing in crisis preparedness and response for organizations facing high-consequence situations.

As an entrepreneur, she founded EH&A, a crisis management and emergency communications consultancy that became one of France’s leading firms in the field before joining DGA Group. Today, she advises executive committees and senior leaders of global companies, particularly in the energy, pharmaceutical, agri-food, and industrial sectors.

Known for her composure under pressure, strategic insight, and ability to guide organizations through complex challenges, Emmanuelle helps companies strengthen their resilience and maintain stakeholder trust when it matters most.

Since 2018, Emmanuelle has been a reserve officer in the French Navy. This civic commitment has personally motivated her to contribute, in a professional capacity, to increasing the exchange between the civilian and military worlds, with a particular focus on the Navy.
