Dans ce genre de situation, le directeur de la cellule de crise devient le seul r\u00e9f\u00e9rent, et point de rep\u00e8re de ses collaborateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c9tablir un plan d<\/strong><strong>\u2019action et g<\/strong><strong>\u00e9n<\/strong><strong>\u00e9rer une vision&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>\u00e0 terme<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gestion de crise n\u00e9cessite de prendre des d\u00e9cisions et de mettre en place des actions rapidement. Le leader doit \u00eatre capable d\u2019engager un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.journaldunet.com\/management\/expert\/51755\/5-reflexes-pour-faire-face-a-une-crise.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plan d\u2019action<\/a>\u00a0tout en ne perdant jamais une\u00a0<strong>vision sur le long terme<\/strong>. Cependant, la crise g\u00e9n\u00e8re de nombreux bouleversements \u00e9motionnels et structurels qui poussent les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00e0 se tourner vers le leader pour conna\u00eetre la marche \u00e0 suivre. Le leader doit leur faire sentir sa pr\u00e9sence, se montrer disponible, accessible et reconna\u00eetre les efforts fournis.
