Une panne du poste de signalisation de Vanves-Malakoff immobilise la gare la plus occup\u00e9e de Paris et entra\u00eene des suppressions et de retards de trains. La veille, une anomalie est d\u00e9tect\u00e9e. De longues&nbsp;<strong>investigations<\/strong>&nbsp;ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es&nbsp;<strong>pendant 3 jours<\/strong>&nbsp;avant d\u2019en d\u00e9couvrir sa source. Elle est finalement corrig\u00e9e dans la nuit du lundi au mardi. Cette anomalie de signalisation a \u00e9t\u00e9 caus\u00e9e par une intervention r\u00e9alis\u00e9e trois semaines auparavant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Quelles causes&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces recherches ont \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement longues du fait de la&nbsp;<strong>complexit\u00e9 des postes<\/strong>&nbsp;compos\u00e9s de 17 armoires et 6 900 c\u00e2bles et connecteurs \u00e9lectriques. Cinquante agents de la SNCF ont donc d\u00fb d\u00e9monter les nouvelles installations afin de trouver l\u2019origine de la panne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus,&nbsp;<strong>les investigations ne pouvaient pas \u00eatre men\u00e9es pendant les heures de trafic<\/strong>, ce qui a contraint les \u00e9quipes SNCF \u00e0 chercher l\u2019anomalie la nuit. Or, le dimanche soir,&nbsp;<strong>la SNCF fait le choix de transporter le maximum de ses usagers, ce qui r\u00e9duit la plage horaire pour la recherche d\u2019anomalie<\/strong>. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>La capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9ception et de d\u00e9part des trains en gare de Paris Montparnasse a \u00e9t\u00e9 diminu\u00e9e \u00e0 environ \u00e0 3 TGV par sens et par heure<\/em>\u00ab&nbsp;. Entre dimanche et mardi, 20% des trains pr\u00e9vus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 supprim\u00e9s, et parmi les 80% restant, une grande partie des trains a \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 la gare d\u2019Austerlitz, ce qui offrait une solution limit\u00e9e en termes de capacit\u00e9 d\u2019accueil. La plupart des trains maintenus le dimanche et le lundi ont subi de forts retards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La communication en temps de crise<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gestion de la communication de crise de la SNCF est perfectible<\/strong>. L\u2019information aupr\u00e8s des voyageurs a \u00e9t\u00e9 assez mal relay\u00e9e, du fait de nombreux supports (sites internet, applications, affichages et annonces en gare). L\u2019acheminement des voyageurs ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 la priorit\u00e9, la SNCF a\u00a0<strong>n\u00e9glig\u00e9 sa communication<\/strong>\u00a0aupr\u00e8s d\u2019eux, ce qui n\u2019a fait qu\u2019<strong>augmenter la confusion ambiante<\/strong>.
