Il aura suffi d\u2019un grain de sable administratif, suivi d\u2019un pataqu\u00e8s en ce qui concerne sa communication, pour tout compromettre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une annonce d\u00e9licate dans un contexte sensible<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Direction d\u2019Air France \u00e9tait donc engag\u00e9e dans une n\u00e9gociation difficile en vue de la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une filiale low cost dont le personnel aurait b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9, bien entendu, d\u2019avantages moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s que ceux du personnel de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9-m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une r\u00e9union du comit\u00e9 central d\u2019entreprise a lieu le 23 f\u00e9vrier. Des documents lui sont communiqu\u00e9s conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi. Parmi eux, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration globale des quinze plus hauts salaires. Les \u00e9lus du personnel d\u00e9couvrent alors que les membres du COMEX, en 2016, ont vu leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration progresser de 41% par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. R\u00e9plique embarrass\u00e9e des repr\u00e9sentants de la Direction&nbsp;: ce chiffre r\u00e9sulte \u00ab&nbsp;d\u2019une mauvaise imputation comptable&nbsp;\u00bb&nbsp;; ce n\u2019est pas 41% mais 17,6% (seulement). C\u2019est moins, il est vrai, que les 65% d\u2019augmentation de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration d\u2019Alexandre de Juniac, avant son d\u00e9part en 2015, qui avaient suffisamment fait scandale \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sid\u00e9ration et \u00e9tonnement c\u00f4t\u00e9 syndicats<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a de quoi \u00eatre furieux. Les syndicats contre la Direction et Jean-Marc Janaillac contre les administratifs qui ont mis le feu aux poudres, peut-\u00eatre en imaginant que \u00e7a passerait inaper\u00e7u, et qui ont ainsi compromis sa n\u00e9gociation. Croyant calmer le jeu, il explique, dans&nbsp;<em>Le Parisien<\/em>&nbsp;du 3 mars que les r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations individuelles n\u2019ont en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9 que d\u2019un peu plus de 5%. Et il le dit alors que la NAO (N\u00e9gociation Annuelle Obligatoire) sur les salaires va s\u2019ouvrir le 7 mars.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais il y a mieux&nbsp;: la raison qu\u2019il donne \u00e0 cette augmentation en est \u00ab&nbsp;la part variable des salaires li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des r\u00e9sultats de la compagnie&nbsp;\u00bb. Les agents d\u2019Air France, devant lesquels on ne cesse d\u2019\u00e9voquer la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de se serrer la ceinture, auront bien compris que les efforts qui leur sont demand\u00e9s, \u00e0 eux, n\u2019y sont pour rien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voil\u00e0 Air France reparti dans un cycle de mouvements de gr\u00e8ve. Quant \u00e0 la compagnie low cost, elle risque au mieux d\u2019\u00eatre retard\u00e9e. On se contentera d\u2019observer qu\u2019il est \u00e9tonnant, venant d\u2019une entreprise qui, sur le plan technique, a plut\u00f4t bonne r\u00e9putation dans le milieu, de manifester une telle nullit\u00e9 dans le domaine des relations humaines et sociales. Explication probable\u00a0: l\u2019accumulation, depuis des d\u00e9cennies, de pratiques fond\u00e9es sur une culture technique et un sentiment profond de sup\u00e9riorit\u00e9, venant de \u00ab\u00a0ceux qui savent\u00a0\u00bb, par rapport \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0ceux d\u2019en bas\u00a0\u00bb. r\u00e9flexion\u00a0 d\u2019une h\u00f4tesse, \u00e0 la d\u00e9pose bagage d\u2019Orly\u00a0:\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0si la Direction descendait un peu sur le terrain, on n\u2019en serait pas l\u00e0\u00a0\u00bb.
